It is not unusual for individuals to be displeased with the shape or shade of their teeth. Some individuals might be worried about misalignments while others may have corrective defects like chips. Porcelain veneers are a flexible answer for some visual dental concerns. These slender slips of porcelain fit over the front of your teeth hiding and correcting an assortment of imperfections. Many find they do not need a full set of veneers to improve their smile. Sometimes, all that is needed is a single veneer on the correct tooth to enhance it.
1. First Step
Dr. Robert Bowman will need to smooth off a small portion of your teeth enamel. He does this to help your veneers fit seamlessly with the rest of your teeth. Please note that once this is completed it cannot be undone.
2. Second Step
We will then take impressions and x-rays of your teeth which will be sent to the lab that will manufacture your veneers to Dr. Bowman’s specifications. You may receive temporary veneers while yours are being made.
3. Third Step
When the veneers arrive Dr. Bowman will examine and discuss them with you. Once you are entirely pleased with the results they will be bonded in place and you can leave smiling!
